Summary

XD series rotary vane vacuum pump is a basic type of vacuum obtaining equipment. It is a single-stage compression chamber with three piece rotary vane structure and uses special vacuum pump oil as working fluid. It is mainly used in the range of low and medium vacuum, for the extraction of ordinary gas and inert gas, but also a small amount of condensable gas, such as water vapor. The working pressure of the pump is the limit pressure of the pump to the atmospheric range. The products have been used more and more in various fields because of their strong, durable, reliable and economic advantages.
