Product brief introduction

This product uses the hydroxy fatty acid calcium anhydrous soap thickening refined mineral oil, with antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives.

Hydrated calcium greases will not hold up without the water in their structure, so they should not be used in applications above 70°C. Anhydrous calcium greases were developed to satisfy work in the higher temperature applications. The soap is formed by the reaction of hydrated lime and 12-hydroxystearic acid.Anhydrous calcium greases have better heat resistance than hydrated calcium grease, but they are still worse than sodium or lithium greases. However, anhydrous calcium has better water resistance than lithium and sodium greases. Oxidation resistance is acceptable but easily improved with additives. Anhydrous calcium has poor rust preventative properties unless additives are used.

Applications

Applicable to the roll bearings of cold or hot rolling mill and forging machine, conveyor roller bearings and gears in metallurgical industry, and machinery and equipment, each friction parts lubrication of heavy vehicles in mining industries etc.

Operating temperature range: -10 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃.
