Function introduction:

It is mainly used to process the upper and lower planes of wooden boards and squares at the same time, with high production efficiency. It is suitable for large-scale production enterprises such as furniture manufacturing and integrated timber production.

This machine adopts crawler feeding and processed wood with good straightness. There are segmented feeding rollers. Several plates and wood can be processed at the same time. The feeding speed can be adjusted steplessly, the lower planer can be easily pulled out, and the knife can be changed easily.

Product features: 

Lower worktable has 3sets active  feeding wheels and 1 set passive feeding system. Upper worktable has 2 sets  active feeding wheel, which make the feeding much more smoother.

Magnetic grid sensor for  thickness display, the accurancy is much higher than proximity sensor.

New control panel design is more  intuitive and beautiful. Frequency feeding make it easy to adjust speed. 

The feeding system adopts  pressure pin encryption structure,and narrow materials can be passed, and the  scope of use is wider.

Spiral cutterhead is for  optional. It's equipped with detachable Luxembourg blade, the planing surface  is fine and no noise.
