Part2. Main structure of hydraulic cargo lift：导轨平台结构
1) The lifting work is completed by stretch of hydraulic cylinder, enlarge transmission of chain wheel, which has high action efficiency and large safety factors. Raising and lowering adopts the combination of guide shoes and direction-guide wheel, which
guarantee the stability and reliable of actions.
2)Hydraulic system is the important part of the equipment, the equipment adopts the good quality original pump station(see attached picture),which solve the leaking of hydraulic system, this kind of pump station adopts the combination of threaded cartridge
valve and electric magnetic valve, adopts the awl sealing with well sealed performance, which makes non-return valve, Electromagnetic unloading valve, Overflow valve, throttle valve integrated in the same valve, connect with motor and gear pump through special flanges, which realizes zero leaking. Hydraulic cylinder installs the explosion-proof valve, which can effectively control work platform dropping caused by oil pipe rupture.
3) Electric control System: this equipment is controlled separately by one floor and second floor, locks into each other when raising and lowering, avoid the fault operation.
