This machine is for packing non-sticky, granular material, such as plant seeds, washing powder, coffee, sugar, desiccant, etc. The integrated processes of bag making, measuring, forming, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing materials: heat-seal lamination, such as PET/VMPET/PE,PET/PE, Nylon/PE, etc.

1. All stainless steel cover meets GMP standard.

2. Servo motor driving and Panasonic PLC control. Filling range and bag size are adjustable automatically.

3. The speed is up to 160bags/min, twice as intermittent machine model.

4. Equipped with 6 dosers, product saving, speed improving, avoid sticking to the sealing area.

5. The high sealing pressure guarantees the sealing area tight and neat,due to rotary sealing method that makes our machine 60% faster than intermittent machines.

6. Individual cutter system, sharp, wearable and safe. Flat and zigzag cutter are options.

7. Ink roller, vacuum conveyor, and no packing film alarm system are options.
