Deutz engine:

Germany Deutz is established by intemational famous engine inventor Mr. Nikolaus Auguste Otto in 1864, which is the first engine factory in the world, the founder of the world engine industry. Till now, they are still in the leading position of the engine development and manufacturing field. This series adopt the deutz series engine made by DEUTZ(Dalian) Engine Co, Limited and Weifang Weichai Deutz engine Co.,L imited. Which are joint- venture company with Gemmany Deutz. Also Hebei Huabei engine Co.Ltd and Bejing Beinei Diesel Engine Co.,Ltd. which produced the engine with imported technology of the Gemany Deutz Company.

Alternator adopts brushless synchronization alternator of Leroy-Somer of  world famous brand, Leroy-Somer generators are characterized by compact structure, high power density, high efficiency, low reactance, good starting performance, and low failure rate. It can meet the main standards and quality certification requirements on the market. Class H Insulation for whole range. Optimization design by finite element analysis ensure to achieve the best mechanical strength of parts. With Leroy-Somer patented winding protection system, LSA series products are capable of harsh environments and guarantee the product life under extreme working conditions.

It is a self-starting control module at mains failure and is suitable for controlling a single genset. It provides advanced engine testing and protection functions. This module includes an LCD backlit display that clearly displays the engine running status. The module also includes 7-channel input and 6-channel output. Program can be set through the panel and PC software suite.

Parameters:

Deepsea 6120 controller provides such parameters as generator frequency, idling/overspeed, generator voltage, generator current, engine oil pressure, engine water temperature, flexible fuel level, running hour, battery voltage, start/stop failure, emergency stop, failure to meet operating voltage/frequency, charging failure, magnetic sensor signal loss, low battery voltage, three-phase mains voltage and mains frequency.
