1. Safe and comfortable

Compared with the high-end brake pads in-market, Sipautec brake pad has a shorter braking distance, high friction coefficient, high temperature resistance without decay, high temperature resistance of 650 degrees, excellent high-speed braking performance and more sensitive and comfortable braking. The heat insulation effect is better, and it won’t cause thermal damage to other components of the brake assembly.

2. Environment friendly

The CNFs itself, is a new carbon eco-friendly mesoporous material with a  50-200nm length，which can effectively prevent the absorption of harmful gases and  dusts, to achieve zero emission of pollutants. Our brake pad has no noise, braking quietly, which won’t give rise to noise pollution；and it has no dust because it doesn’t contain copper, antimony, lead, asbestos, arsenic and other harmful substances.

3. Reasonable structure

With high-temperature resistant friction primer, our product has high bonding strength and shear strength, never peeling off, to avoid hidden safety hazards caused by peeling off. The slotted chamfer effectively increases friction, facilitates ventilation and improves heat dissipation performance.

4. High temperature ablation

Adopting the most advanced ablation process in the world, the ablation temperature reaches 650 degrees. The composition of the brake pads is stable through ablation, easier to fit with the brake disc.

5. No hurt to the brake disc

The brake pads do not contain high-hardness materials such as alumina, brown corundum, zircon, and chromite. The enlarged specific surface area and huge micro-contact surface can improve the braking performance. There is no damage to the brake disc, and minor damage can be repaired. Comfortable braking can reduce the wear of tire and brake disc, and extend the service life of other components such as brake assembly. Brake pads without changing brake discs.

The service life can reach 60,000 to 100,000 kilometers.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in SIPAUTEC color box. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your trade terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 35 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
